Hello West Springs Families,

It was a pleasure seeing parents and students at conferences this week. This is a great opportunity to reflect on learning so far this year, and look forward to next steps of teaching and learning in the upcoming weeks.

Music Highlights from Mr. Vooys

Choir news:

We have choir practice on Monday at 12:05.

Grade 3/4 Choir Save the Date:

We will be having a morning and an afternoon performance in the week before the holidays, along with a few carols for the school and parents to sing.

Our performance/carols will be on Tuesday December 19 in the morning at 10 AM and Wednesday December 20 in the afternoon at about 2:45 PM. There will be some seats and some standing room for parents of Grade 3/4 choir students on both Tuesday December 19 and Wednesday December 20. There are about 160 kids in the Grade 3/4 choir this year, so we felt it would be worthwhile to try to have multiple opportunities for parental attendance.

Just a reminder that the lost and found will be donated early next week to Connaught School, our sister school.

 

Denim and Diamonds
